I want to say how great 460 realty is. My wife and I had Wayne Woyciehouski sell our home and he did a fantastic job. He certainly proved that 460 Realty goes the extra mile to help their clients. We highly recommend Wayne for your real estate needs.

Before meeting Chris Densmore with 460 Realty, I had been searching for a home for two years. I had a tight budget and many requirements, so the search wasn’t easy.

During those first two years, I dealt with a number of realtors from various companies. I discovered that too often, their commission was a much higher priority than my needs.

I was pushed to buy lopsided houses, houses with black mold or caved-in roofs, and even told that I’d never find anything better. By the time I came across Chris, I was feeling quite wary of realtors.

Chris worked with me for almost a year, ensuring that I wasn’t shown anything that didn’t fit my requirements. He would offer his honest opinion on each property, and never pressed me to make a decision that I wasn’t completely sure about.

We did, finally, find the perfect place for me. I had no idea about the process of buying a home, but Chris guided me through every step, ensuring that I didn’t miss anything, and more importantly, sparing me the stress of trying to maneuver the process myself.

After I took possession, he kept in contact to ensure that things were going smoothly.

Chris is an upbeat, easy-going guy who clearly knows his business. I was astonished at how hard he worked for me considering the much bigger commissions available. If I’m ever in the market again, he’s the only person I’d trust to help me.

(We loved that about him) He guided us through selling our townhouse (lots of hoops to jump through) to purchasing our brand new home.
