He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property, Abdul conducted a methodical inspection to detect potential problems. In addition, he would comment on the quality of the construction, the finishes, the appliances, etc. Additionally, Abdul guided us through multiple negotiation rounds to reach a fair price.
