My wife and I sold our Vancouver condo through Acrosstown Realty as we wanted to relocate to a smaller community. We were looking for an agent that was motivated, accountable, provided outstanding communication and would put in the work to make us feel like a priority through this transition. In our initial search for the right fit, my co-worker provided an extremely positive review from their experience in working with Aislynn on both the purchase of their condo and the sale of their Mother’s home. In deciding to go with Aislynn, I can say that all of our expectations were surpassed and more! Our experience working with her and the Acrosstown Realty team was an overwhelmingly positive one; with exceptional service provided throughout the entire process of selling our home. There is not a single point of criticism from our experience and we would, without hesitation, engage their services again in future.
Aislynn was fantastic to work with in finding a home in a new neighborhood we were not familiar with. She was very patient, and very organized in putting together maps, resources, and tours to get to know the areas better. She was proactive in calling out things that we may not have noticed being first time detached home buyers. Her knowledge and experience in doing her own renovations and upgrades were very valuable in us understanding what the opportunities and potential were in various listings we saw. At closing time, she was effective in getting information that saved us thousands in our offer while still being able to secure the home we wanted. Would highly recommend!
I recently used Acrosstown Realty to sell my home & buy another one. Aislynn & her team of Vicki & Will were so helpful. I would highly recommend them for their professional manner, reliability & friendliness. . They helped me find what I wanted & sold my house very quickly. All my questions were answered & they gave me a great deal of support.
A terrific team of knowledgeable, professional & friendly realtors!
We met the team and had an orientation meeting. Because we are buyers, they assigned us to work with Will, who specializes in buying (representing buyers).
Story short, after visiting and researching numerous leads and listings, we found one, and we negotiated (a lot), and the deal happened.
Because of the help we got from Will, we became friends, and hold him in high regard. Will is very experienced in everything to do with “buying” side of the industry: he will advise you if the unit is overpriced (and to stay away, or to lower your offer), will also being some comparable rents in the area, and will not let you jump in head-first, but rather suggest that you should wait and see more units, until you find the best deal.
We liked Will so much we became friends, and it is a pleasure to talk to him. So much that we would like to buy one more unit, as soon as the opportunity arises. I think the prices will come down for two-three more months, so now is a good time to buy, IMHO. Reading all the articles in the news, it seems that the fall in prices is slowing down, so there might be few more months of opportunity to buy, after which the prices could plateau or even start to go up again, due to the pent-up demand and increase in immigration. I think now is a good time to buy.
Will has a lot of experience in representing buyers.
