My family and I had an amazing experience with Adrian as a realtor. He is patient, knowledgeable, and personable. As first time home buyers, we were quite nervous with the process, but Adrian made sure to guide us every step of the way and often went out of his way to ensure we felt comfortable. We were able to contact him with any questions and we always received appropriate and usually insightful responses in a reasonable amount of time. He consistently sent us listings that met our needs and set up multiple showings. Adrian took into account the needs of our family and helped us to find the home where our kids will grow up. Adrian was amazing from the start to the end of the process of buying our first home. He took the time to answer all our questions and was very thorough when outlining each step. The home buying process with Adrian went extremely smoothly and quick. My partner and I viewed a home that ticked all of our boxes for what we were looking for. However, the property was listed at a price beyond what we were comfortable paying. We brought up potentially underbidding the property, although we were also worried about “wasting” his time if we were to do so. Adrian was supportive of our underbid and was willing to proceed for “experience” purposes. Lucky for us, this ultimately led to us winning the bid and buying our first home!
