Aimee got me a place of my dreams! I had a hard time getting a rented place I liked: I was very specific about what I wanted and the ones I eventually liked didn’t turn out in my favour i.e. I was putting in offers only to get rejected/outbidded. But Aimee was determined to find me the place I would love. And that mean going for at least 15-20 condo visits and being super pro-active and attentive to my needs. Aimee made a concerted effort to understand my needs, likes, dislikes and taste and then showed me listings and showings that catered to that. She never wasted my time and got me what I was looking for. She knows downtown Toronto really well and I can’t recommend her enough.
