I have only the highest praise for Aimee Fairweather, real estate agent extraordinaire! During a crazy and uncertain time in the market, she helped us navigate the ups and downs to buy a great east end/Danforth home. I appreciated her data-driven approach, her knowledge of the market is excellent and I always had full confidence in her advice. As first time home buyers, we appreciated all of the time she took answering our questions and helping us feel at ease through the process. She is incredibly responsive and available and always makes you feel like a priority. She took the time to understand our needs and wants in a home to set us up for success with realistic search parameters – she is never pushy and always honest and straightforward in her advice (with a great sense of humour as well!). After buying, Aimee went above and beyond in helping us organize trades for renovations and checked in regularly to ensure that our house and renos were running smoothly well after closing which speaks to how much she genuinely cares about her clients. I was so impressed with my experience with Aimee that I have recommended her to family and friends and will look forward to working with her for any moves in the future!

Aimee was excellent to work with. She was knowledgeable, transparent, and extremely patient with us as we tried to find our perfect rental. I admittedly am a demanding customer.
