I was unsure about the benefits of a realtor at first. So many of them try to grab your attention as you enquire about properties in the city.

Alastair did not try to grab our attention at all, simply did his job tremendously well and let the facts speak for themselves. Alastair would answer questions for us, that we didnt even know we had yet.

Never did we feel pressured or persuaded to make an offer, and never had the feeling he was only interested in his commission/closing the sale.

It was a fun ride to purchase our first home in Vancouver. Made all the better by Alastair’s help to guide us. It is clear to me now the benefits of a realtor.

Alastair was wonderfully supportive and diligent in our search for our first home. We looked for several months during the pandemic and had quite a journey searching for the right place. Alastair never pressured us to make quick decisions, was prompt with communications, was extremely patient and took an incredible amount of time to go to every showing with us (sometimes without us!) and work through the process with us. He has a lovely way of negotiating, worked hard for us in the offers and completion stage. We are so happy with our home and can’t recommend him more!
