Somehow she found our unicorn. When we first started working with Alyssa we were looking for the impossible in this market. A home big enough for our girls to grow up in with a yard large enough for our moose of a dog, plus, plus, plus. And at a price we could afford. She nudged us when we needed nudging and guided us straight to our future forever home. We were a lot of work and Alyssa still went above and beyond with a smile and determination. Frank, honest, kind and fun to work with, she’s wonderful.

Alyssa made what is normally a very stressful experience, to be one that was enjoyable! She was with me every step of the way in my home buying journey. She understood my needs and my goals and was very through and prompt in responding to me and answering all clarifying questions for me. She would do extensive research on any topic that I had a question on and took the time to explain her findings with me. She also referred me to an amazing team of mortgage brokers and home inspectors and notaries who were all fantastic, reliable and so efficient.
My daughter and I couldn’t be more grateful as we navigated some challenges in a tough buyer’s market. Alyssa was so quick to put in an offer on the home we loved and drew up all the relevant documentation in such a timely manner. If it wasn’t for her dedication and efficiency we would have surely missed out on our home.
