Anthea has been an invaluable help for my first purchase. Being from another country, I did not know much about the process in Canada and she did a great job at guiding me through everything.
I heard stories about agents doing little to nothing, only showing up at the end to sign papers and pocket their cut. This was not the case here.

Anthea took care of almost everything, from booking visits to dealing with the notary (who she introduced me to). She even got me movers! I barely had to lift a finger.
She quickly figured out what king of properties I was into and would focus on showing me things I’d like, not wasting my time with unnecessary visits. If I saw a listing that I liked, I’d send her the link and she would take care of the rest. She would also try to group visits on the same day, which is always nice when you’re busy.

Finally, Anthea was of great advise, she would not hesitate to tell me when there was a catch of if it was not a good deal. She did not push me into buying the first or most expensive place I saw.

Overall, I was very nervous about stepping into the housing market and Anthea made it a stress-free experience.

When we decided to sell our house of 26 years, we were nervous. It was the fall of 2019, and the Vancouver real estate market was unsettled. Sales of detached homes were down, and prices were down, too. But, we had raised our family and we were ready to make a change.

We called Anthea. She was very patient with us and walked us through the process of selling our house . She came well prepared to these first meetings, with market stats and recommendations to make the process smoother. Anthea assured us that this was a very good time to list our property, and she was right!

Within a week we were in the fortunate position of being able to consider multiple offers on our house. The process of listing and selling took less than two weeks. We were delighted.

Anthea was a calm, guiding force who represented our interests and made sure that we got the right price for our home. We would not hesitate to recommend her to future buyers or sellers. She is thoughtful, patient and understands that buying and selling real estate is not just a financial decision, but also an emotional one.
