We were selling during a very cold market (banks had just raised mortgage rates by an unprecedented amount so no one was buying anything anywhere), and Anthony guided us through it and we never felt like he wanted to give up on us. And right as the market recovered, we got asking price immediately! We also bought a place with him and he gave us great insight about what we were buying, instantly understanding our preferences.
