We had a chance to have Paul as our agent to buy our first ever house in Canada a month ago.
We had heard lots of good stories about Paul and his abilities in this business while he looked quite humbled and down to earth when we first met.
Beside that, we found Paul to be very honest and frank with his clients in terms of his thoughts and impressions about the listings. He never turned to be pushy .We knew ourselves as to be typical clients which may need to see lots of listings before moving forward, and this was something we communicated to Paul in the first meeting, but Paul had a good understanding of our situation and had no complaint on our strategy.
Finally I had to emphasize on Paul’s negotiations skills with the counter agents where he could feed us with lots of useful information from the listings. He did us an amazing job on the offer day by leading us move smartly and finally securing the property for us even though we were not the top offer.
In summary we were extremely happy working with Paul and he made our first home buying experience a happy ending one.

He helped me find a new home that would fit the needs of my family and went above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth transition for us. I CAN’T THANK PAUL ENOUGH!!

This will be my 4th transaction with Paul, but one of the most challenging!

With such a crazy market and unprecedented times I almost felt like I was giving up because I just couldn’t find the house that I wanted and anything that I was interested in I was consistently fighting bidding wars etc.

Paul was so patient and continuously walked me through the process reminding me that at some point I would find my dream house and it took almost 3 years but it finally happened!

His patience and perseverance to get me the right home at the right price truly paid off and I can’t thank him enough!

To think he spent almost 3 years helping me speaks volumes as he was always available and ready when I needed him, he was always a phone call or text away and always responded so quickly and definitely went beyond the extra mile.

The markets have been crazy and it has been a challenge for many of us but I can’t imagine having someone else besides Paul going through such a challenging time.

With a lot of dedication and time spent Paul finally got me the house that I have been looking for and I’m super thankful for him and his support along my journey.
