Danielle is the most toxic landlord I have ever dealt with. We trusted our home with her and she put a bunch of teenagers with drinking problems in our house as tenants, she clearly conducted no background checks. When the tenants moved out they left damages to the property and unpaid rent, none of these issues were corrected and Danielle told me it was my problem and not theirs and afterwards completely ghosted my calls and emails.

To any potential clients, I DO NOT RECOMMEND DANIELLE DOBSON.

Avesta has been wonderful to work with on a wide variety of projects. They are competent, proactive and personable- all of which are fantastic indicators of an excellent management team.

Danielle Dobson was recommended to us to assist in finding a new long-term tenant for our penthouse condo in Squamish. She was absolutely awesome.
