This website also provides insight about the property complex, comparative similar properties user is looking at with active and sold statuses. The app is seamless and easy to use and navigate. Highly recommended.

The site is great. They are losing one point because the customer service can be better. If you don’t respond they provide the sense of being either annoyed of some sort. Regardless, their site is in great shape. They just improvements in CSR and overall digital experience.

This is the best website if you’re tracking buy/sell prices of real estate properties. I live in a building of 264 units. I’ve been able to track price/sq ft/dates of sold units which gives me an idea of the market and the price range of my own unit in order to sell it. You basically get a history of all buy/sells with specific details. When I decide to sell mine, I’ll conctact BC Condos.
