We contacted Ben looking for a quick sale of my mother’s condo. Within days Ben viewed the condo, made recommendations to prepare it for sale as well as recommended a price for a quick sale. After we had cleaned and cleared the condo Ben looked after everything from assisting in plumbing repairs, to mocking up condo photos, to becoming the contact for the condo management, to granting other agents access to the condo.
