This brokerage is a scam. Our representative admitted that family members of employees will buy out condo units and put them for rent. This “brokerage” will never consider the interests of the renters because they represent their family members.

I am so disappointed with one of the realtors named Alan Pang, He was our representative for an apartment and at the beginning we felt his showing us bad attitude and not helping at all.
When I called him to ask questions he was teasing me and making fun of my questions instead of solving the problem or answer me.
We ended up contacting with owner realtor and he was helping us out for everything!
I am wondering how can you hire such an unprofessional employee?!
At least teach them how to behave and help the client instead of just thinking of money.
I try to call the manager but couldn’t reach them.

I would like to share my experience with one of the agent in this company : when i first rented the place , they were very responsive , they took care of everything , we were signing contracts at 1 am to just make this happen as soon as possible, and they made me feel that I’m really supported during the process of renting.

When i was leaving the unit, i had few issues that i would like to highlight for anyone who’s gonna rent in the future from them :

– i didnt had any direct contact with the landlord (no phone number or email) because the landlord was just an investor and not even in Canada
– After i gave back the keys , they didnt like how i cleaned certain things like (stove , washing machine and sink) , and they asked me if im ok to hire a professional cleaner for 250$ which is my deposit amount! of course i had to decline and i had to go by myself again to clean those 3 items only (i have pictures of how i left the unit)
– i got my deposit 1 month after i moved out , and 2 weeks after i cleaned the unit . i had to chase them everyday for my deposit .
– i left the unit 1 month and a half earlier and i didnt ask for any money back but coincidentally i heared there was a new tenant before even my lease ended , and when i asked if i can get at least half of my money back as they found someone else , they were not responsive or supporting at all and she latterly said “my job is done when you left the unit” .
this is a very frustrating experience that i had , even though im a very good tenant with a very good profile .
in the end of the day , what matters is not the 500$ that i needed back, its the relationship and the way how you guys support your clients before during and after renting!
