They are proactive in securing steady work and very pleasant in the office. I love the user friendly accounting/payroll system they use and they are very accomodating for changing schedules. They have really taken good care of me. Best is the Best.

I had just completed my construction safety training and I was new to construction all the same. I registered with a different temp agency right after and I never got any call for one week.

Then I found Best Personnel and the story changed, they literally got me a shift on my next available time and I appreciate truly their professionalism. The dispatchers and accounting team are top notch in the way they handle issues. Getting paid daily, weekly, or even somewhere during the week is never an issue.

The name is their game – the BEST !!!

Working for Best allows me to watch and learn how many different companies solve their everyday issues. Allowing me to grow as a constructive part of the construction community. Pay when you need it is also a great advantage to keeping bills paid and money in my pocket. Happy to be a part of Best Personnel Inc.

I worked for best personnel at their office in New Westminster for a short term – unfortunately the training that the provided was not enough and I shared that with the management team and unfortunately I didn’t get any positive response! Everyone’s learning methods are different and from my opinion the training given was not organized.

I hope they can improve that in the future as I think the ladies working there need to be more professional.
