Bill has been amazing we had found a property we wanted to buy. Through Bill we made an offer, which was accepted the same Sunday evening. We listed our house on MLS and, on the same Monday, were notified an increased offer had been received on the property we wanted to buy. We now only had 72 hours to sell our property. We did not think it could be done but, Bill arranged for 3 viewings on the Tuesday (one of them resulting in a satisfactory offer with subjects to be removed within the 72 hours) and, on the Wednesday, 2 more showings with a second back up offer. Amazing, we didn’t think it could be done. However, he did it. Highly, recommended.

My experience with Bill de Mooy was fantastic. I had a complicated situation which required great patience over many months as well as fast, thorough action when required. Bill handled the whole thing with grace and efficiency. He was always there, making time to mesh with our complicated schedules, and did quick work with inquiries the city, the mortgage broker, the sellers etc. Never once did I feel pressured, nor did he mention a peep about all the inconvenience I put him through. I leave my highest recommendation to him!

Excellent realtor and extremely knowledgeable. No high pressure sales and really listens to his customers needs. He rearranged his appointments etc to ensure we were able to buy the place of our dreams quickly.
