Their customer service is just awesome, I called them in the morning about a real estate inquiry on a client’s behalf and with their prompt feedback, we closed the deal in a smoothest way possible.

Such a bad company!!!!. No community spirt. I bought a condo from Bosa and when my daughter school were raising money to built a playground I approach Bosa to make a small donation tickets to any sport or a small cheque. Bosa answer with the typical answer that they support many charities and will pass on my request. Awful!!! how this company is run. My request was for a playground for small kids in the next community that Bosa made millions of dollars in profit and couldn’t cut a cheque for a couple of hundred dollars. Sorry Bosa I was on the waiting list of your condos in Vancouver you just lost a client and hope people reads this and be aware before buying your condos.

Horror stories for condos are nothing new in Vancouver, but the Altamonte building they made in Coquitlam is very well made which is reflected with the substantially low strata fees despite having a fair number of amenities. Not sure about their other projects however.

Worst company to work for their management sits back and gets paid while the real labour employees take the beating
