This organization and organizations like it, their lack of integrity and lack of transparency are directly responsible for the affordability crisis that is plaguing this province.

this association, thru it’s incompetency ,& our realtor’s incompetency literally ruined my life & my children’s lives! We had put an offer in on a home with the condition we had to sell ours. That offer was accepted by the sellers. We then sold our home (ALL CASH no financing necessary) & therefore our conditional sale should have been removed. When our agent went to do this, she told us (these are EXACT words of our Delta Remax realtor) “they reignited an old offer so the house is sold”! She said there was nothing we could do & when I called the Real estate board, they said same thing!! I had a nervous breakdown cause our home was sold, we had 3 children & no place to live! Afterwards I found out that this was so ILLEGAL that I should have sued the seller, their agent, our agent & the real estate board!! Subsequently I bought & sold 3 properties WITHOUT a useless agent & had NO PROBLEMS whatsoever! Save your money, your time & your marriage & don’t get an agent!
