We sold 3 homes in 2021 and Bryan was the best of all 3 realtors. His digital presentation of arriving at the best listing price was very impressive (I’m an accountant). But it was the little things he did like:
– agreeing to pay for cleaners and bringing us packing boxes to make the house more presentable for viewings
– explaining all the numerous documents and giving us time to review them before signing

The house was a tear down and Bryan posted an excellent video of the neighbourhood amenities since the photos weren’t that impressive. We received 18 offers and Bryan negotiated a price beyond my expectation. Lastly, he gave us a re-touched photo of the house (which was our family childhood home) as a gift. I personally don’t like dealing with realtors, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bryan again!

Bryan recently worked with me to sell my home in Vancouver. His knowledge, ethics and commitment to my objectives were event throughout the process. Bryan’s kind and thoughtful approach made the experience as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend Bryan to anyone looking for a realtor who is service and client focused.
