It was such a pleasure to have Bryan as our realtor. He helped us with our pre-sale townhouse and with selling our current place. He was always available for the many questions we had as first time sellers. I would highly recommend him if you are thinking of selling or buying!

Bryan was our realtor for selling my mom’s place. He is an effective communicator, providing the pros and cons of decisions involved in selling a home. We didn’t feel pressure, yet I knew he was working hard to get the best deal for my mom. He provided resources to take over the packing, moving and cleaning – which was so so appreciated. That staff was awesome in every way. When is comes time to sell our place, Bryan will be my realtor, and I would highly recommend him to you.

We had the most positive experience working with Bryan on the purchase of our condo. He stuck by us as we figured out what we really wanted. He supported us by making the offer we felt comfortable with; offering guidance but never pushing or pressuring. He is a capable realtor and a genuinely nice person who we enjoyed spending time with and highly recommend his services.

We sold 3 homes in 2021 and Bryan was the best of all 3 realtors. His digital presentation of arriving at the best listing price was very impressive (I’m an accountant). But it was the little things he did like:
– agreeing to pay for cleaners and bringing us packing boxes to make the house more presentable for viewings
– explaining all the numerous documents and giving us time to review them before signing

The house was a tear down and Bryan posted an excellent video of the neighbourhood amenities since the photos weren’t that impressive. We received 18 offers and Bryan negotiated a price beyond my expectation. Lastly, he gave us a re-touched photo of the house (which was our family childhood home) as a gift. I personally don’t like dealing with realtors, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bryan again!
