A friend recommend Casey when we needed a new realtor and he stepped in and sold our townhome and helped us buy a detached home in our desired neighborhood. I highly recommend Casey if you need a dedicated, professional, quality person to help you buy a home. He went over the top for us when we purchased our first home, visiting listings in a heat wave, on a public holiday, working hard for us. He struck a nice balance in his communication between leaving us time to look through listings and highlight ones we were interested, and checking in on us if he didn’t hear from us for a while in our busy lives. I can say that we are homeowners today because of Casey’s dedication to his job, his excellent knowledge of the market conditions and how to craft an offer. He took us first-timers through the hoops from beginning to end and we never once felt like we were belittled because of our inexperience in the housing market. Zoom meetings were very helpful during COVID times and we actually bought our place sight unseen. Because he went and visited the listing and told us about its condition, detailed many things about the place, and we got an inspection, and a trusted family member also visited the property, we were able to buy with confidence, having a realistic picture of the place rather than just the glowing real estate pictures that highlight only the best parts. Casey knows his job well and will take you through from beginning to end, explaining just enough for the next step so you feel confident to move forward. At one point I felt like giving up, but a zoom call with Casey left me at peace to move forward with the purchase. Thank you, Casey for your great work for us.

Casey sold my mom’s home in March of 2022. The hurdles that were along the way were unlike anything he , or I had ever encountered. The grace and poise that he presented during those times of anxiety gave me calmness and assurance that what he were going through were simply just bumps in the road.
I will be the first to say that I basically harassed Casey (as I had a lot on my plate) I forgot to continuously write down his cell phone number. So I always ended up calling him home phone. NOT ONCE was he angry , demeaning , disrespectful or made me feel unwelcome.
The only part my mom was nervous about selling her home was picking the Realtor. Once she met Casey , she said “I really like him”. My mom doesn’t take to people very easily. She’s been burned to many times.
Through the whole sale of the home , Casey treated my mom and I with the utmost respect.
