I worked with realtor Nabil Khan. He was very unprofessional and did not help me at all in purchasing my property while took the service fee (for nothing). In particular, I suggest Muslim buyers not to go near him to buy a property with so called halal mortgage. Once you are in his trap, you have no option other than doing haram.

As first time home buyers, we were very confused and apprehensive about the whole process. Robert not only provided us with all the information but patiently guided us through the whole process. He tirelessly showed us multiple options within our budget and answering all our needs. He was quick to understand our requirements and tailor made searches to ensure we had a variety of options to chose from. Now, we are a few weeks away from moving into our dream home, thanks to Robert. We would certainly recommend his services. You won’t be disappointed!!!

One of the realtors from this office, Robert Hamer, set up a showing of our apartment for 4:45pm. I reached out to him at 4:45pm to advise him that the unit was open for viewing. He texted back to say that he had allegedly texted my husband at 4:30pm to let my husband know that his buyers were tired and wanted to view the unit right then at 4:30 or they were going home. My husband did not receive any such text. Regardless, does it make sense to text someone 15 minutes before a scheduled viewing to say that you want to view the unit immediately or you are going home? His buyers were so tired that they could not have waited 15 minutes or Robert could not have phoned/texted at 4pm, which could have allowed me the opportunity to get there for 4:30 or not waste my time at all?
