I hired then known as Harcourts property management (March 2022) to put a tenant in place, they quickly did but unfortunately the tenant was major headaches and accused of illicit activities, not paying rent, and other serious allegations raised by strata, the tenant provided false documentation/ references, employment letters which were accepted by Harcourts.

All in all a nightmare of a journey and not pleased that we put trust in a reputable company. Would not recommend.

I have never dealt with a more professional, friendly and helpful real estate agent. Everything has been easy and seamless. From viewing the property to signing the lease. Especially during this apartment ownership transition.

Nina is our Property Manager for the last 6 years. She manages all of our residential investment
Properties, consisted of single detached houses, newly constructed Townhouse & few condominiums.

– Nina knows the rental market very well, very often, she brings in
rental income above my expectation !
– Tenants are properly screened through, without any issues during
tenancy periods
– Nina pays special attention to details of my properties, tenancy
departures are taken taken care of, damages if any, are properly
deducted from tenant’s deposits
– I recently handed over a brand new townhouse to Nina, the property
requires a lot of follow ups with Developer for deficiencies. Nina
took charge of all the deficiencies, while new tenancies are being
settled
