We received a notification from this realtor for a showing on a property we are selling. They provided an hours notice, and because we have had other showing we were able to accommodate this time frame with a quick round up of our household and a quick clean up. That’s not the issue…

Our realtor reached out to Anoop Dudeja who thought it was completely ethical to not return voicemails, text messages, or emails from our realtor to confirm the appointment and get all the proper paperwork in order to to COVID-19 procedures.

Not to mention with the help of our neighbourhood to find out that nobody ever showed during the hour appointment they booked. Providing less than an hours notice to completely blow off the appointment without letting anyone know about it absolutely unprofessional and just plain ignorant.

I wouldn’t allow this realtor to represent me or anyone I know for that matter. If you choose this unprofessional individual, you may be in for some less than stellar expectations.

All that said, anyone represented by Anoop Dudeja from Century 21 People’s Choice Realty Inc. will not be given an opportunity to view our property, nor place an offer or buy it.

We hope you don’t have to deal with this…
