I experienced a bit of a glitch getting my strata documents in a timely matter for my new listing. They were due on a Friday before a long weekend. Offers being taken on the Tuesday after the long weekend. Without any business days in between, (I should have thought about that), when my documents didn’t arrive and i couldn’t reach anyone at EstrataHUB, I happened to get a Mike’s number from a friend. I explained the situation, and he went above and beyond to get in touch with who he needed to in order to access and complete my order. I had them in my email by 2pm on “Saturday. He went above and beyond to help me. Great customer service! Thank you!!!!

I am writing this review so other industry members can read my experience and be extra cautious when dealing with this management company.
I placed an order for strata documents on February 23rd with a due date of March 3rd. I had my assistant to follow the morning of March 3rd to make sure we receive them on time. By 4:30pm we still had not received them. We phoned, left a voicemail, emailed and had no response. At this point we had an accepted offer and the documents had to be delivered. This put our deal in jeopardy. On Monday morning I followed up with this company to have the person in charge of documents say “I never got this order on my desk”. I finally received the documents at 12:30pm on Monday. 3 days late and I still paid for the order in full.
I don’t know if they realize the importance of fulfilling order documents in time or the domino effect it has when they drop the ball.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. We’ve been experiencing plumbing issues, to the point where our kitchen sink has nearly flooded, for more than a week and they are refusing to take action. The plumbers we’ve had come to our unit have repeatedly told us the issue is not with our unit, it is with the building pipes, and they need to fix the building pipes to deal with it.

The strata people don’t even answer their phones, just delay forever with useless emails.
