One of your agents accompanied the buyers for my house for their house visit today. He was quite rude and snarky, making comments about the lawn that we did not have a chance to mow and that we need to patch up our walls. I wish we had gotten his name. I have been informed that the agent today is a colleague of the buyers’ agent since she was unavailable. Regardless, his attitude was definitely unpleasant. Eye roll.

I do not Recommend working with them, they are not professional and they don’t provide a good Customer service.
They were supposed to make our experience enjoyable, but now it is a nightmare.
