Having recently moved to Canada from the UK, we knew very little about the housing market or it’s trends. We were looking to view properties with the intention to purchase, whilst looking for a realtor we came across The Cheema Group based in Surrey. I called PJ Cheema and informed him of our price point and area taking into consideration future schools for our children, along with excellent infrastructure throughout the area with easy excess to major highways and transport. He also gave us insights into the pros and cons of purchasing the property in certain locations. He is courteous, friendly, down to earth, understanding, patient, calm, organized and genuinely helpful.
