Many thanks to Chris Densmore of 460 Realty, Nanaimo for the sale of my home. I sometimes found the selling of my home and moving to another province quite stressful and at times emotional. With his calm demeanor “Chris” was with me every step of the way. He was always very courteous and provided me with advice and assistance. Thru all my dealings with him I found him to be fair, honest and a hard worker. There had been a snow storm and unknown to me he and his son (9years old) went to Parksville and shoveled my driveway, walkway and the large deck.

Before meeting Chris Densmore with 460 Realty, I had been searching for a home for two years. I had a tight budget and many requirements, so the search wasn’t easy.

After I took possession, he kept in contact to ensure that things were going smoothly.

Chris is an upbeat, easy-going guy who clearly knows his business. I was astonished at how hard he worked for me considering the much bigger commissions available. If I’m ever in the market again, he’s the only person I’d trust to help me.
