I landed in Canada about 45 days ago and didn’t have too many contacts to understand ground reality about renting a place and didn’t imagine this will be even tougher than climbing Everest.

I saw many rental apartments through different set of brokers and owners everyone would ask for credit check or 6 months deposit to prove your credibility even though they knew I was new in country.

I didn’t knew even rental flats have bidding wars and everyone wanted to maximize their rent with this strategy.

I was lucky enough to meet Maher one of the owners of this firm who has not just helped me in getting a rental flat in 1 day but also accelerated the entire process of paperwork and possession.

This firm knows what their doing and more than that they are also helping people in getting their life’s started in Canada.

Their office is in Missisauga and I highly recommend their services to anyone in Toronto.
