I want to start by saying that I am no stranger to the real estate market. I’ve bought and sold many different properties all in the Toronto area, when I decided to move to British Columbia I poured through many different realtor bios and websites and curated a short list which included Cliff. He was the first to respond and I immediately could tell that the buying and selling of homes and condos wasn’t only just about moving product but that he cared for his clients and their needs. Mine in particular involved a massive amount of trust as I would be buying a condo from across the country. Even though we did a video call to view the listings I still very much needed Cliff to be my eyes and ears ( and nose)! When we decided to move forward with an offer, I have never in my time with real estate seen an agent put forth so much detail with the condominium reports and comparables. He really went through with a fine tooth comb. Based on that information and his expertise he was even able to pin point exactly what the property would sell for, he negotiated hard on my behave and we secured the property from two other bids. Needless to say, if you want an agent in your corner that isn’t simply trying to make a buck Cliff Wettlaufer is your man. He knows his stuff from years of experience in real estate as well as construction/renovations, you would be remiss to go anywhere else!
