I found the staff to be really friendly and helpful with our entire application and move in process from the first handshake. They used Docusign for the lease agreements which really helped streamline the process. We love our place.

Rented my place out with an agent from this company. This agent absolutely does not have my best interest at heart. Wanted me to rent it for less than market value (I insisted on my asking price and got what I wanted very quickly). Didn’t do much during the 1.5 year except a forwarding a couple of emails for strata related things to the tenants or trash talking the tenants to me. Fast forwarding to picking up our place, this guy did a so called inspection for our place and it’s absolutely trashed. I needed to fix up 3 levels of drywall and replace my laundry and dryer, and now it’s called “regular wear and tear.” Asked him to deduct damage deposit from the tenants and all of a sudden I’m “trying to hose them.” If you feel like paying these people 8% of your rent every month to work against you, they are GREAT at what they do!!!!

Based on our experience, we wouldn’t recommend this realty company. Despite escalations to their management, their realtor team can not be counted on to provide even the basic services. For example, I would have expected that any realtors would have the professional courtesy not to just hand over a bag of old keys to their client buyers on possession day, leave and be told to find the ones they need. Unavailable keys and garage remotes were the least of the issues. There were so many other disappointments that it just pains me to have to recall them. Just glad that its over…

Kimia Tehrani is obviously sleeping on money, I’ve tried to contact her about a property for about 3 days now. She doesn’t reply to email, doesn’t pickup her phone. Total disappointment, I called this company and explained what happened, the lady on the phone gave me attitude. They’re all sleeping on that chinese money obviously that’s why they don’t care. Don’t bother with this company.
