Hate to say this but we experienced the worst one ever dealing with any realtors or real estate office. Would like to rate zero or zero minus. The Realtor acted as a dual agent but leaked all kinds of information to each other of the contract, made contract very carelessly, made impossible promises, and sat on the rich side all the time. The deal collapsed after closing date, which led both parties into a law suit, and when the lawyers asked deposit back to share the office shamelessly asked for a commission through the failed transaction! They wanted to cut from the deposit which stays in the trust account of the company, which is not believable to anyone we’ve ever talked to! We will fight to solve the problem, but we need to remind everyone to stay away from them!
