Colliers

Never heard back after a meeting despite reaching out 3 times.

Have tried phoning, to get some information…… the answering machine is not the way to go if you want business. Have put in a name that the correspondance came from and all I get is too many names sound like that in our company…………..

It is a company in disrepute for the following reasons:
When you sign an agreement with tenants, you have abide by it. Both tenant and property management is binded legally. No “ifs buts or ands”.
Why does Colliers take out rent through PAP on the day other than the agreed upon date??!!
Not once but SIX times!!
Then to add insult to injury, makes the tenant pay for the NSF from the bank (*the bank said on each and every time it happened that the one responsible for the NSF is not the tenant but Colliers).
It is unprofessional and bad business practice for Colliers to do that.
Does Colliers think it is “high and almighty”?!

Please do not deal with Nick Englmaier. He was incredibly racist towards my family and I. Not professional at all – bad taste of this company. Will not be dealing with this company EVER again.
