Dan Card is the best in the business, both in terms of real estate and beards. He has been a trusted realtor to my family for years, so when I decided to buy my very first home this year he was my first port of call. Thanks to his great attitude, an inspiring work ethic, his sincere willingness to humour my constantly shifting whims (choosing a city to live in is very hard work), and his vast knowledge of the market, he made what could have been a daunting experience into one that was simple, fast, and fun.
