Husband and I were very happy with the service provided by Dan Morris 6 years ago when we were living on the mainland and looking to buy mid-island. We were very impressed with the extent to which Dan went to assist us over distance, ie regular frequent communication including exclusive first-look listings, and taking us to/from the ferry terminal etc. (so we didn’t have to bring our car). He was, (and continues to be), extremely knowledgeable about the local market and was responsive in a timely way to our many queries. Dan went out of his way to get the relevant information we needed to make an informed choice from options he presented and those we brought forward. Dan is also exceedingly generous and community-minded. (He’s offered his trailer for lending to us several times), and we continue to value and enjoy his regular newsletters and market updates. We would recommend Dan to anyone wanting an honest realtor who works really hard on their behalf and who makes it his personal commitment to provide outstanding service.

I have known Dan for a number of years so when we decided to sell our house and buy a new one last year, Dan was the realtor we turned to. Dan’s professionalism and expertise was evident from the start. His team produced an outstanding listing which resulted in numerous showings in the first few days and an accepted offer from one of the first showings.

We used Dan to help us buy our new place as well. Most of the paperwork was done electronically as were on holiday in Mexico at this time. Everything went flawlessly. We would definitely use Dan again and we highly recommend him to others who are looking for a realtor.

Dan helped us to find the exact, perfect property in Nanaimo. He had been working with my sister, patiently I might add, for nearly two years already when we came into the picture and purchased our acreage. Dan could not have done anything better for us. We still live in (and love) the home he helped us buy and have no plans to move anytime soon but, when that day eventually comes, we will gladly hire Dan again.
