When needed, he added more photos and included pictures from the area. There were complications accessing keys because the contact person at the management company was on vacation in Europe, and no one else could give the keys. He purchased new ones from the management company, and I couriered what keys I had. Within a couple of days there were several showings and an offer. The place sold in a week for the asking price. DocuSign was my friend. Darius was fantastic, and I was so grateful he was professional, honest, competent, and communicative. I would highly recommend Darius.
