Diana is a miracle, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. My partner and I found a cute little cabin on a remote island that we were interested in. It was a really unique place with (admittedly weird) issues. The cabin did not have an occupancy permit, there were potentially some archeological issues with the property, and it was physically difficult to get to. Diana navigated all of this like a champion. She was able to unearth information about the property that probably even the original owners were unaware of. She came with us (by ferry!) to checkout the place, and she joined us for the inspection. She gave sound advice for how to work with a stubborn seller, and cheerfully accommodated our weird work schedules (the best time for us to talk is after 8pm on weekdays). We were able to make a decision with more information about the property than we thought possible, thanks to her incredible investigation skills. She is clearly VERY dedicated to her clients, and very good at her job. We gratefully purchased our little cabin at $50,000 under asking. And if we enter the market again, we will be calling Diana without hesitation.

Diana was my realtor for both the sale of my property and purchasing of the new one during the Covid pandemic (fall of 2020). The entire experience from start to finish was positive.
