My husband and I first met Dyllan three years ago while selling our home in Chilliwack. Dyllan made such a great impression on us and was extremely personable / professional while helping us find a home to purchase in a very busy real estate market. Fast forward three years later, my husband and I grew our family and were in need of a new home to meet our updated needs! Dyllan made the process of selling our home very smooth and efficient (which you’d think would be difficult with a 7 month old baby in the home). Can’t recommend Dyllan Prest enough if you’re looking for a top notch realtor in the Fraser Valley!

Dyllan is wonderful. He is honest, hardworking, intuitive and just plain charming. He has led me through the process of buying my forever home with unerring patience and thoughtfulness. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home.

Dyllan Prest, What can I say? NOT ENOUGH! This young active and impressive Realtor was the best I have ever met. I have dealt with many realtors in my past and they were, ok but just the usual realtors to help sell or buy a house. But the day I found Dyllan I was convince that I will never look for another realtor again. I had a very difficult move due to divorce issues etc.. And Dyllan was there all the way. My house was on the market for six months BEFORE Dyllan with not much activity at all. I changed over to Dyllan and within; I think it was 13days, he sold it. He came into action just days after I signed him on and if not for the interruptions of my ex- husband Dyllan would have had it sold even sooner. He works FAST and he works HARD. So be serious to have activity, have a showing, an open house etc… This guy is serious at his job, TOTAL PROFESSIONAL strong work. Though Dyllan works extremely professionally he still gives you so much personal care and attention. He didn’t just list it and walk away to wait for a bite. He never stopped asking if he could do anything to help throughout the whole process. Before the sale and even after. I always felt like he was there to help. The day of my move was a nightmare because my movers basically left me. The next day the new movers came in and like magic, Dyllan was there to help in any way he could. No Don’t expect him to start huffing furniture; that would be ridiculous it didn’t go that way but long story short; he helped as best as he could and not only was he concerned with my move but wanted to be sure that the new buyers; who were not even his clients, were taken care of. This Young man is amazing. He has a new inspiring concept on selling and it works. I’d say if you’re in the market now or looking, SCOOP HIM UP! Because before we know it this guy is going to be selling MANSIONS in MIAMI. He’s going to go a long way so catch him when you can. Just another way most would say “Do yourself a favour and sign up with Dyllan” even though I think that sounds cliché but ya , DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR. Prest is the BEST!
