We used elevate realty to buy our first house and after such a positive experience I can’t imagine using anyone else moving forward. Our realtor Phil was phenomenal and always went way above and beyond. Whether it was meeting us for odd time (and frequent) viewings he was always there early with all the info we ever could’ve wanted. What I truly appreciated the most though, was how honest Phil was with us. As first time buyers it was all a bit overwhelming at times truth be told but Phil deftly steered us in the right direction while not being over bearing. At the end of the day I’m truly thankful for the professionalism and incredible knowledge of the elevate team and will be incredibly happy to use Phil for all of our real estate endeavours moving forward.

We have had an incredibly positive experience with Elevate. We were apprehensive as we had never rented a property and had very little idea of the process. After meeting with Simon and then with Spiro, we felt quite comfortable and have learned a great deal about the process. They are both incredibly professional, competent, and patient. Spiro, our agent, provided daily updates in the search for a tenant and was very helpful once we found our tenant.
