It is a great experience working with Grace Zhang and her team in the process of selling my property. After our meeting and I gave her the key, she looked after everything from top to the bottom of the property. I am very pleased and thankful as her team sent me a timely notice re the issue with my hydro account, as well as the contact info, so that I could reach out to the supplier promptly and avoid a disconnection of the electricity (the technician was scheduled to do the disconnection on that day). I am also impressed that I received a well organized agenda quite soon after our meeting, so I would know what is going on at my property each day before the listing is up. I was also kept informed at all times after the listing was up on the market. Grace has ever assured me that I could leave everything in their hands with worry free, and she made it true.
