I recently purchased my first home and Elliot was there for me during this stressful yet exciting journey. He was very professional, honest, patient, well-informed, and easily approachable throughout the whole process.

My first meeting with Elliot was back in 2018 and this was held later in the evening on a weekday to accommodate my busy work schedule. He always made the effort to respond to any inquiries in a timely manner, and was very accommodating throughout any part of the buying process.

Elliot helped us sell our 1 bedroom condo (assignment) and find a 2 bedrooms condo.

He advised us about the current state of the market and its evolution when we decided to sell our assignment and quickly found a buyer.
The selling process was made very complicated by the developer requiring countless documents and making many mistakes, but Elliot always kept us informed of any document requiring our attention and assisted us in dealing with all parties involved.

Once the sell was completed, he provided a portal to look for properties matching our criterias.
After a few visits, Elliot was aware of the style of condo we were looking for as well as our “deal-breakers” and started to provide meaningful suggestions.
During each visit, he provided a truthful analysis of the unit (included the good and bad points of each condo, pointing out deal-breaking features/flaws).
After visiting about a dozen places, Elliot prepared market analysis of 2 units we were interested in but thought they were a bit overpriced.
His analysis confirmed our belief and he helped us negotiate a more reasonable prices, but to no avail.
A few months and a few visits later, Elliot suggested to re-submit offers for those 2 condos as they were still on the market and, after negotiating for some time, one of our offers, close to our initial wishes, was accepted.
Elliot then gave us a comprehensive list of the next steps we needed to follow (notary/lawyer, bank, insurance, internet/Hydro, etc…) to help us be ready for completion date.

Overall, Elliot has patiently answered our numerous questions in a clear manner, been available at any time during every step of our journey (including when he was on vacation in Europe!) and helped us navigate through a stressful and complex situation for us.
We will definitely be recommending him when the occasion arises.
