My daughter, husband and myself were looking to purchase a property in the Victoria area and we were lucky enough to be referred by a friend to Erin Greenwood.

A couple of months prior to our arriving on the island and after multiple phone conversations and e-mails, Erin compiled our search criteria for a property which helped ease us into the crazy out of control Victoria market.

On our initial meeting… Erin made us all feel at ease, she is very friendly, outgoing and energetic.

Erin was also very intuitive about figuring out exactly what we were wanting and not wanting in a property.

Erin walked us through quite… a few more properties via video and did not hesitate to answer any questions we had ( which were a lot ) and very honestly pass on her gut feelings on the walk-through’s, which we whole heartedly trusted.
