I first knew of Robert through his advertisements. Now 10 years later, he has helped us to sell three properties. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. He listens well, communicates well and has been considerate to our needs.
The last closing with Robert was in July 2022 and it was very challenging because of the rapidly-changing market and because numerous appointments had to be cancelled due to plumbing issues (neighbouring unit leaked into our unit) and covid quarantining! But Robert was completely calm and understanding about these issues and the fact the property had two collapsed deals before finally completing on the third.
Robert offers full services, including open houses and video tours of the property. It’s hard to believe he offers his services at a lower fee than the majority of other realtors and it’s hard to imagine getting better representation. Don’t hesitate about hiring him if you’re on the fence – you’ll be in very good hands.

He was always in touch with us at all hours of the day, and even when he wasn’t personally available to assist with a viewing, a member of his team was there in his stead. Instead of just getting a single realtor, you get an entire team!
