What is the reason your agent(Fan Jiang) ignores a proper question from customer? If she does not do small transactions, she needs to state that somewhere on her profile!

Poor agent. He is mad and share client information on social media.

One of the agent lie to tenant. The rent is included heat fee but turn out landlord will respond the heat fee and agent have to pay the heat to tenant.

And now he is mad. Trying to spin the response to landlords and block tenants contact. Then he doesn’t have to pay the heat.

How dare a licensed agent is. The company made the worst decision to hire such agent. Feel disappointed on unprofessional agent.
