Frank and his team are simply amazing. Frank is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, and truly goes above and beyond. As someone with little to no understanding of the real estate market, Frank was always incredibly patient in explaining everything thoroughly multiple times and was always very responsive to any queries that my husband and I had. Frank really takes the time from the outset to listen to what your property expectations are and will let you know honestly what is and is not feasible. His knowledge of the real estate market in the Toronto area is unparalleled and he really provides sound and informed guidance on real estate trends. Additionally, we needed help and guidance from a mortgage broker and lawyer, and Frank provided reputable and knowledgeable professionals to assist us in every step of the process once we decided on a property. We have worked with Frank and his team twice now, and I know we will continue to work with Frank because he is kind, a professional, and has extremely sound judgment. This process at times can feel scary and overwhelming, but Frank really made the process as easy and painless as possible, because he laid out every step of the process in an extremely detailed manner. When trying to sell our two properties in the current market, we needed an agent who was able to adapt and understand how the drastic changes in interest rates affected our sale. When I met Frank, I had little to no understanding of the process to acquire real estate, let alone doing it in a wild market like Toronto. My finances were also not ideal. Frank had an intro call with me to understand my needs, and followed up with a 1-on-1 walking me through the process of buying property and its prerequisites. He was clear about timelines, and financial expectations. He was all ears with my condo needs and desires.

Frank was beyond excellent in his patience and guidance in the past few months, especially as my needs and finances changed. I called off all buying plans at the peak of the pandemic and my finances were no longer as predictable. Having said that, the meetings with Frank made me subconsciously start planning my savings for buying and made me adhere to a timeline. I would not have done this if it wasn’t for the raised awareness I had after speaking to Frank.

In early summer, my partner and I decided to go in on a place together, which is yet another change in needs and finances. Through it all, Frank adapted and continued to only provide the best guidance. When it was clear that we were going to buy, Frank was quick to lay out a plan and timeline that worked for us, including sharing daily listings, and ones that he hand picked for us based on our requirements.

Frank has the best judgment for when something is listed fairly, above, or below average. During viewings and bidding, he brought us a lot of comfort in advising us on what makes sense for what property, and was quick to spot red flags in some offerings.

We had some curveballs during our bidding and Frank was with us during it all offering not just guidance but also a great deal of comfort during the low points. Frank is super experienced in this market and was even able to make some recommendations to lawyers, mortgage brokers, etc that he worked with in the past. He also sent us a list of things we need to do at move in (set up bills, contact the property manager). Talk about going the extra mile!

It is rare to work with someone that truly represents your best interest and someone that is as competent and caring. To that we are ever so grateful and can’t recommend Frank enough!
