Adam then helped us on our journey of house hunting. Dragged from one open house to another all the time getting a better understanding of what we liked and did not like. When we finally did find a home to buy Adam wasted no time in making it possible. Advising on strata bylaws, even helped to get our pets approved by the strata council. When it came to making the offer and negotiations Adam was there to calm our nerves and determined to get the deal done. We closed the deal and Adam helped us through removal of conditions. Even helped arrange the home inspection.
