When the home we had our eye on went on the market, Genuine came to the rescue. We then needed to sell home our current home quickly within a month before the slowed winter market. He helped enlist cleaning, painting, staging and photography services within 2 weeks and gave us tips to increase the value of our home. He also recommended a thorough home inspector to bring peace of mind for potential buyers. Genuine is creative in identifying solutions to attract potential buyers, for example, he also had our backyard assessed for a garden suite addition in case buyers wanted to consider rental income. In the short 10 days of our listing, we had over 70 showings and multiple offers due to his attention to detail and clear description of the love we had put into our home.
