I loved how everything was clearly organized and laid out step by step. All I needed to do was follow the process. All the instructors are great…they make you learn the concepts with practical examples and stories. I would highly recommend GOBC to everyone who is interested.

I enrolled with GOBC after my husband went through their program a few years back. I had heard great things from him and how it was helpful in breaking everything down to make the learning process easier.
It was very streamlined, easy to follow and I felt supported the whole time I was enrolled.
The videos on repeat are a great way to keep everything fresh for you up until your exam day.

TRUST THE PROCESS!! I took the mortgage broker online course at GOBC. The study material was excellent and the online classes were very informative and easy to follow. I could always go back and review the text as many times I wanted to. I never liked maths , but after I prepared for maths with GOBC , I was so confident that it became my favourite subject. The quizzes helped me to prepare for the exam and I was surprised to see same questions on my final exam. I strongly recommend GOBC.
