Grace Easthom, RE/MAX Of Nanaimo

I’m not even sure where to begin when it comes to writing a review for Grace. There are so many things to say. She is by far the absolute best realtor we have had, and we have had several over the years. She found our family our dream home. We were nervous about the whether we would ever be able to buy a home in this crazy, competitive market. After our first meeting with Grace, all those feelings lifted. Her confidence and knowledge about the real estate market, on top of her bubbly, kind, warm personality, restored our hope. Sure enough, she delivered. We were able to buy our dream home, and shortly after sealing the deal on that house, she got our current house sold for more than we ever thought we would get. On top of everything she did for us professionally, she is a good, kind human being. We all ended up getting so sick, and in the morning we had a big care package at our front door with various items to help us feel better. Thank you, Grace. We are beyond grateful for you.

My partner and I started looking at houses with another realtor at first. The first house we put an offer on they were the listing agent so they referred us Grace. What a delight it was to have her as our agent. She spent so much time walking us through the process as we are first time home buyers. She answered all my questions. Unfortunately we didn’t get the first house. But we did decide to keep Grace as we felt very comfortable and supported with her.
The search for a house in this market was wild but Grace was always available to look at houses at short notice. When we found the home we wanted to put an offer in on Grace was quick to write up our offer as houses were moving quick in the market. When we got the house we had a quick closing which was a bit stressful but she connected us to amazing people for house insurance and a great lawyer.
It has been a little bit since we have been in the house and she is still checking in with us and connecting us to resources in Nanaimo like plumbers and electricians.
I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us through the stress of buying our first home. I would highly recommend Grace to everyone as she provides amazing service and is genuinely invested in finding you the right home.

Grace was just as passionate about our home purchase as we were! She truly took the time and effort to get to know us so she could give us the best fighting chance in this market.
I will never use another realtor again. We were never a burden and she was completely on the ball before closing.
