You eSign a contract quickly and easily over email; you are provided convenient options to drop off your keys; you answer a few questions via email about approving tenant applications; and a few weeks later, you have a new, vetted and screened tenant in your property. (Throughout the whole process, the team is responsive and easy to reach). Rent, damage deposit and move-in fees are eTransfered to your bank account (minus the fee for the service).
